Which websites can Apprentice work with?+
Apprentice can work with public websites and sites you use through your signed-in browser. The approach depends on the source: browser interaction, APIs, structured page data or a website’s own data requests. Access requirements and available fields vary by site.
Do I need to know how to scrape or write code?+
No. Describe the records, fields and outcome you want. Apprentice investigates the source, checks a sample and can build or reuse a collector for the job. You can start by speaking or typing.
What can I do with the results?+
Get an Excel workbook, CSV, searchable database or dashboard. Apprentice can remove duplicates, retain source links and collection dates, enrich records and prepare a repeatable refresh.
Does collection keep running when my Mac is off?+
No. Browser work and local collection run on your Mac, so your Mac needs to stay on and awake. Some collectors run in the background; jobs that need browser access may use a dedicated tab. Apprentice does not provide cloud browsing.
