Less assistant · More apprentice

A personal AI that
remembers how you work.

Voice, eyes, and hands — it talks with you, sees your screen, and acts on your Mac. Unlike a chatbot that forgets everything the moment you close it, Apprentice keeps your standards, rules, and workflows, and gets sharper every session.

A short look at Apprentice — doing real work on a real Mac.

Apprentice, live on macOS

What it does

Say it. It does it.

How it works

Three parts, one loop.

You act, it remembers, it compounds. Every session starts sharper than the last.

01
Voice · eyes · hands

You act, out loud

Talk to it. It sees your screen and acts through real tools. Not a chatbot, an operator that does the work beside you.

02
Memory

It remembers everything

Every action, every correction, every procedure becomes memory: what happened, your standards, and workflows it can re-run.

03
Second brain

It compounds into yours

All that memory tunes it to exactly how you work, on your own machine. The more you use it, the sharper it gets.

sharper every session

Out of the box it can build spreadsheets, cut video, make decks, transcribe calls, research the web, and drive your Mac apps, all by voice.

Why it compounds

Teach it once. Never explain again.

The correction you'd have to repeat to any other AI becomes a rule Apprentice keeps — and applies on its own.

You correct it, once
“No — we always use our brand blue #6a7bff, and round every figure to whole dollars.”
It becomes a rule
Brand blue #6a7bff on headers
Round figures to whole dollars

It loads automatically in every session after. The more you correct it, the more it sounds like you — until you stop having to correct it at all.

Yours, and private

It works for you, on your machine.

Your own Claude account

Runs on your Claude Pro/Max or Anthropic key. No middleman, no token resale.

Memory stays on your Mac

Your rules, standards, and files live locally — yours to inspect or delete anytime.

You stay in control

It narrates each step out loud. Interrupt, redirect, or stop it whenever you want.

Learns only what you teach

Corrections become durable rules — and you can see and edit every one of them.

Questions

The short answers.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?

Those reset every conversation — you re-explain yourself constantly. Apprentice remembers your corrections and re-applies them, and it actually operates your Mac with real tools instead of only chatting. It gets sharper the more you use it.

Do I need my own Claude subscription?

Yes. Apprentice uses Claude as its reasoning core, so you bring either a Claude Pro or Max subscription or an Anthropic API key. It runs on macOS 14 or later.

Is it private? It can see my screen.

Your memory, rules, and files stay on your Mac. Reasoning runs through your own Claude account — the same path as using Claude directly — and nothing extra is stored by us. You can inspect or delete anything it has remembered. Read the privacy note →

Can it break something on my computer?

It narrates what it's about to do and you can interrupt at any point — you're always in the loop, not handing over the keys. It works the same apps you do, with the same permissions you grant it.

What can it do today — and what's coming?

Today, by voice on your Mac: spreadsheets, documents, decks, video editing, call transcription, web research, and driving your macOS apps. Coming next: Windows support and 200+ additional AI models.

How do I get in?

Early access is phased and invite-only right now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment your cohort opens.

“I got tired of re-explaining myself to AI that forgets everything the second you close the tab. So I built one that pays attention — and remembers.”
